THE CHALLENGE
The quantum computing race was heating up, with tech giants like IBM pouring billions into research, but most quantum systems remained laboratory curiosities – too unstable, too expensive, and too impractical for real business applications. Seeqc had cracked the code with the world’s first digital quantum platform that actually worked in the real world, but they were unknown in a field dominated by household names with massive marketing budgets. As a recent spin-off from superconductor specialist Hypres, they had breakthrough technology but no brand recognition in the most hyped technology race of the decade.
THE SOLUTION
We positioned Seeqc as the quantum computing company that delivers on the promises others can’t keep – practical, scalable, and commercially viable quantum solutions while IBM and others were still building expensive lab experiments. Rather than getting lost in quantum physics jargon, we focused on what business leaders actually cared about: solving problems that classical computers couldn’t handle, at costs that made business sense, with reliability that enterprise customers demanded. Our branding strategy cut through the quantum hype to establish Seeqc as the company that made quantum computing real for businesses. The result: a brand that positioned Seeqc not as another quantum startup, but as the company that would win the quantum computing race by being first to market with solutions that actually work.
